Starting out under rain. 1 minute in the mounting for one of your forward fog lights breaks and its flapping around shining back in your face. The tarmac is extremely slippery. Fog makes the visibility 50 meters in places you're going 60kph.

Its riveting.

Let me make this even crazier. This was the Jänner Rallye in Austria, held during the first week of January. While you can see the fog what you can't see are the random patches of ice, which could be anywhere. The onboard is from former F1 Grand Prix winner Robert Kubica, who as you may know had his right arm nearly amputated by a rally crash rally crash a couple years back. He still doesn't have full strength back and reportedly sometimes has to drive sections of the stage with just his left hand because his right isn't up to the work. The stage in this video was the last stage of the rally, and Kubica went into it 11.8 seconds out of the lead. He won the stage by a ridiculous 23 seconds over the second fastest car, and an even more ridiculous 31.7 over the rally leader, giving Kubica the rally win by a solid 19.9 seconds.
